Antoine JérômeManager, Chairman and Shareholder

Jérôme Antoine is Managing Director and co-founder of GFIA and the EXOCENT Fund, as well as a director and board member of Bellecour Capital (www.bellecourcapital.com).

An entrepreneur at heart, he has consistently created and developed businesses since the age of 18, demonstrating exceptional versatility.

His approach and commercial acumen have been instrumental in setting up distribution networks in the telecommunications and selective perfume sectors, as well as in market trading.

Through his experiences, he has led various operational teams, supervising over 150 employees, and has acquired a wide range of skills in management, sales and trading, as well as investor relations and long-term transactions. His background and keen interest in challenges have forged him into a passionate & persevering leader.

Nicolas Faure Director, Manager and Shareholder

Nicolas Faure is a director and co-founder of GFIA, which manages the EXOCENT Fund.

For over 15 years, Nicolas Faure has been the founder and manager of the Bellecour Capital fund (www.bellecourcapital.com).

Prior to this, he spent 4 years as Senior Manager of the Small Cap Europe fund at Pictet Asset Management in Geneva, where he was responsible for investments in France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Finland and Norway, managing a portfolio of €1.5 billion.
Nicolas was also co-manager of a Small Cap Europe hedge fund (€30 million under management) at the Pictet bank.
Before joining Pictet, he worked for 3 years as a buy-side financial analyst for the Pascal Advisors fund.

Reynouard StephaneDirector and Shareholder

Stéphane Reynouard is a director and co-founder of GFIA, which manages the EXOCENT Fund.

He is the founder and manager of the Confluence Capital fund, and founder of SR Capital, a company specializing in financial investment consulting and M&A.

Over the course of his career, he has accumulated 38 years' experience in the financial markets. He has held various positions.

-Crédit Lyonnais equity manager for the SMC "Small and Mid Caps" business.

-Investment advisor to institutional investors worldwide on European equities

-Responsible for introducing over 300 SMC stocks to the markets

He also managed the 32-strong Oddo BHF office specializing in European mid-caps. For 14 years, he was a member of the company's strategy, markets and executive committees.

Audrey BallandChartered accountant and shareholder

Audrey Balland is a chartered accountant and founder of AB Comptabilité in Dudelange, Luxembourg, and a GFIA shareholder.

After earning a Master's degree in Economics at the Université Paris Dauphine and the Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, she specialized in accounting and finance, passing the 1st and 2ᵉ degree accounting competitive exams as well as the Diplôme Préparatoire aux Études Comptables et Financières.

She obtained her license to practice as a chartered accountant in Luxembourg in 2007 and is now a member of the French "Ordre des Experts-Comptables". Her professional career began at Conseils Experts Audit in Paris, where she developed her skills in accounting and taxation, before moving to P&V Assurances in Luxembourg, where she familiarized herself with risk management and the financial environment of insurance.

In 2008, she set up her own firm, 2MM, which she developed with her husband Edouard, building a fiduciary recognized for its expertise in auditing and financial management of investment funds. At the head of a team of 10, she oversees all accounting and tax assignments, manages customer relations and business development, and is involved in complex NAV and VIN calculations.

Her commitment to excellence, adaptability and technical expertise make her a reference in the field of accounting and financial expertise.

Manuel MoinardShareholder, Executive Chief, Crypto Blockchain Architect & Analyst

Manuel Moinard assumes the role of Chief Executive Analyst & Blockchain Architect within the GFIA managing the EXOCENT Fund.

He brings cutting-edge expertise combining blockchain technology, crypto trading strategy and in-depth analysis of financial markets.

His international career began in 1999, quickly establishing himself as a pioneer in online printing in the early 2000s with the creation of his own company. This early entrepreneurial success naturally led him to explore the challenges of digitizing business, paving the way for his transition to blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

In 2017, inspired by the innovation of an ICO initiated by a childhood friend, Manuel collaborated with a Chicago-based professional trader to design a sophisticated algorithm. This work marked a turning point in his career: he then specialized in crypto swing trading, applying a unique methodology based on technical, sentimental and macroeconomic analysis. Passionate about the markets, he continually develops and perfects a strategic approach focused on rigorous risk management and position optimization.

With over twenty years' international experience acquired in China, the United States and the Bahamas, Manuel brings a global perspective that is essential for effectively anticipating market trends.

Notably, he lived for several years in the Bahamas, one of the very first territories in the world to recognize the importance of digital assets by developing a banking and regulatory environment favorable to the crypto ecosystem.

His methodical approach, combined with his leadership in steering blockchain projects and overseeing the crypto department's activities, is a major asset for EXOCENT's investors.

As Chief Crypto Market Strategist, Manuel puts his expertise at EXOCENT's service by supervising the Master Traders assigned to the fund's crypto strategies, and ensuring the strategic coherence, methodological innovation and quality of the allocation and execution processes.

Since 2017, Manuel has developed a non-custodial API crypto trading platform used by several hundred private and professional clients. Since late 2018, he has been sharing his market analyses and swing trading strategies on his YouTube channel, offering transparency, traceability and continuity in his approach.
