To ensure rigorous regulatory compliance and secure operations for its investors and partners, Exocent Partners GP S.A., a public limited company (“société anonyme”) incorporated under Luxembourg law, acts as both General Partner (GP) and internal Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) of the alternative investment fund Exocent SCSp (RAIF). The company is registered with the Registre de Commerce et des Sociétés (RCS) under number B281770, with its registered office at 22, rue Jean Wolter, L-3544 Dudelange, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Exocent Partners GP S.A. is registered as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) pursuant to Article 3(2)(a) of the Luxembourg AIFM Law of 12 July 2013 and is duly recorded with the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) under registration number A00004120. This internal AIFM structure allows Exocent to maintain direct oversight of investment decisions and risk management, in full alignment with the European AIFMD regulatory framework.

The security of investors’ assets is paramount. Exocent Fund operates dedicated accounts held with Swissquote Bank Europe S.A., a CSSF-authorized Luxembourg bank (No. B00000324) and registered Virtual Asset Service Provider (No. A00000002). All assets are maintained in accounts opened in the name of Exocent Fund, under the supervision of Exocent Partners GP S.A. (the AIFM). In accordance with AIFMD standards, the AIFM provides trading and allocation instructions to Swissquote Bank Europe S.A., without ever having direct access to client assets. This institutional partnership with Swissquote Bank Europe S.A., recognized for its robust custody infrastructure and AML/CFT compliance, provides an additional layer of security and operational reliability for all investors.
