The AIFM and the EXOCENT Fund are managed by a team of professionals with extensive experience in both traditional finance and digital asset markets.
Led by Jérôme Antoine, an entrepreneur and executive with over 20 years of business management experience, the team also includes directors and advisors with complementary expertise across investment strategy, technology, and risk management.

Jérôme Antoine
Jérôme Antoine is Managing Director and co-founder of the AIFM and the EXOCENT Fund, as well as a director and board member of Bellecour Capital (www.bellecourcapital.com).
An entrepreneur at heart, he has consistently created and developed businesses since the age of 18, demonstrating exceptional versatility.
His strategic vision and commercial acumen have been instrumental in building distribution networks in the telecommunications and selective-perfume sectors, as well as in market trading.
Throughout his career, he has led operational teams of over 150 people and developed a broad range of expertise in management, sales, trading, and investor relations. His experience and passion have shaped him into a determined and insightful business leader.

Jérôme Antoine
Nicolas Faure
Nicolas Faure is a Director and co-founder of the AIFM managing the EXOCENT Fund.
For over 15 years, he has been the founder and manager of the Bellecour Capital Fund (www.bellecourcapital.com).www.bellecourcapital.com).
Prior to that, he spent four years as Senior Manager of the Small Cap Europe Fund at Pictet Asset Management in Geneva, overseeing investments across France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Finland, and Norway, managing a €1.5 billion portfolio. Nicolas was also co-manager of a Small Cap Europe hedge fund (€30 million under management) at Pictet. Before joining Pictet, he worked for three years as a buy-side financial analyst for the Pascal Advisors Fund.
Reynouard Stéphane
Stéphane Reynouard is a Director and co-founder of the AIFM managing the EXOCENT Fund.
He is the founder and manager of Confluence Capital and SR Capital, both specialized in financial investment consulting and M&A advisory.
With over 38 years of experience in financial markets, he has held various senior positions, including:
Equity Manager at Crédit Lyonnais for the SMC “Small and Mid-Caps” division.
Investment advisor to institutional investors worldwide on European equities.
Responsible for introducing over 300 SMC stocks to the markets.
He also managed Oddo BHF’s European Mid-Caps division for 14 years, sitting on the firm’s strategic, markets and executive committees.
Audrey Balland
Audrey Balland is a Chartered Accountant, founder of AB Comptabilité in Dudelange (Luxembourg), and a shareholder of the AIFM.
After earning a Master’s degree in Economics from Université Paris Dauphine and Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, she specialized in accounting and finance, completing the French competitive exams for chartered accountants.
Licensed to practice in Luxembourg since 2007, she is also a member of the French Ordre des Experts-Comptables.
In 2008, she founded her own firm, 2MM, which she later developed with her partner Edouard into a fiduciary recognized for its expertise in accounting and tax management for investment funds. Leading a team of 10, she supervises accounting and tax assignments, manages client relations, and oversees complex NAV and VIN calculations.
Her adaptability, technical precision and commitment to excellence make her a key reference in Luxembourg’s accounting sector.
Manuel Moinard
Manuel Moinard serves as Chief Executive Analyst & Blockchain Architect at the AIFM managing the EXOCENT Fund.
He brings advanced expertise combining blockchain technology, crypto-trading strategy, and in-depth financial market analysis.
His international career began in 1999, and by the early 2000s he had become a pioneer in online printing through the creation of his first company. His success in digitizing business paved the way for his later transition into blockchain and cryptocurrencies.
Since 2017, Manuel has specialized in algorithmic swing trading and non-custodial API-based execution systems. He leads the crypto-strategy division of EXOCENT Fund, overseeing portfolio structuring, methodological innovation and risk management.
Having lived for several years in the Bahamas, he developed a strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks for digital assets.
Today, Manuel contributes his strategic expertise to ensure EXOCENT’s crypto activities remain at the forefront of security, transparency, and institutional discipline.
